500g of carrots
20g of butter
2Cas of honey
20cl of water
½Cat of cumin
½Cat coriander powder
Peel and cut carrots into thin slices.
Finely chop onion.
Melt butter in a casserole or a sauté pan and sauté the onion for a few minutes.
Add the carrots, 20cl water, 1CaS honey and the spices.
Lower the heat and simmer half covered for 15 minutes.
At the end of this time add the 2nd CàS honey.
Leave to confit again for 30 minutes mixing in the meantime.
