Moroccan keftas on skewers
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients (for 10 people):
For about 15 skewers:
1 pound of beef and/or mutton (with fat!)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 or 2 sprigs of fresh mint
1 teaspoon of cumin
2 teaspoons of sweet pepper
1 pinch of hot pepper (according to taste)
1 large bunch of parsley
1 big bunch of coriander
1 onion
salt
Ciseler parsley, coriander and mint carefully carved.
Mix with meat and spices. let stand about an hour.
Take the equivalent of a chicken egg from this hash in the slightly wet hand and surround a pin by giving it the shape of a sausage of 10 to 12 cm.
Renew the operation with the rest of the hash.
Grill quickly on charcoal by turning the spits often (do not let dry) and enjoy.
