Onion tart
Ingredient
1 short paste
8 onions (+ or - according to your taste)
100ml milk
200ml cream
3 eggs
Salt pepper (nutmeg, optional)
Lay out the broken dough
Preheat the oven to 180 *
Peeled and cut the onions into thin slices, I prefer the mandolin cuts
Oil a pan and fry the onions but without the burns, reduce at first and then brown
Spread them on the dough
Mix eggs, milk, cream and eggs, seasoned to your taste,
Pour over onions
Bake for 35 min
