After this recipe I will be in exams. I spend my oral and my writing ... so I will take the distance for revisions ... but I do not abandon my blog.

Ingredient: a tray of strawberries, speculos, liquid cream a30% (otherwise the whipped cream does not come up) and mascarpone. Sweet ice cream, liquid vanilla (from Martinique ....)

It is important to make the glasses at the very last moment because the juice is likely to distemper the speculos powder. And suddenly, much less pleasant to eat ...

I crushed the speculos and left in the glasses. Put the cream, mascarpone and a little vanilla and 3 cases sweet ice cream and then go up in whipped cream. Strain the strawberries and cut them into 4 or 6 depending on the size. Take some and crush them roughly to add a little sugar. Start again in the glasses on speculos. Spread the whipped cream and finish with whole strawberries. Enjoy.
