Some people put bechamel and cream, I preferred to put that cream ..
Ingredient
p> Spinach frozen or canned (I took both because I had a frozen stock)1 onion
Olive oil for the pan
40 cl cream (approximately)
4 or 5 eggs
Gruyere grater
Peeled and chopped the onion, fry it in a pan with a little of olive oil.
Add Frozen Spinach, if they are canned, drained well mixed.
Cook eggs hard and shell when cooked and cooled
Salt and pepper spinach and add the cream, mixed
Pour into a baking dish
Cup the eggs in half and put them on the spinach putting the yolks above
