Ingredients

Round zucchini 4

Onion 1

Chicken breast 300 g

Feta 100 g

olive 2 CàS

Chopped parsley 2 CàS

Salt, pepper



Preparation:

1. Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Cut the zucchini caps and dig them to get the flesh. Chop the onion and the zucchini flesh.

2. Heat the oil in a pan to melt the onion and zucchini flesh, salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes. Cut the chicken and feta into small cubes, then add them to the pan with the parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Fill the zucchini with the preparation and cover with the caps. Arrange them in a baking dish, add a glass of water and a dash of olive oil. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and serve hot.
